7.0/10

I had a decent stay at the hotel which had a lot of great qualities, like clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. However, the location left something to be desired as it wasn't the greatest and felt a bit removed from the town center. The dining experience was okay, but there were some areas for improvement, especially with breakfast. Overall, it was a fair value for money considering the pros and cons.

Rooms
7.0
The room was large and comfortable with all the necessary facilities, although the view was rather awful as it overlooked a supermarket loading bay.
Service
9.0
The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and professional, which made a positive difference during my stay.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location wasn't the best and finding my way around St Helier without a Sat-Nav was quite challenging due to the one-way streets. It was reasonable, close to a few shops and restaurants, but out of the main shopping area.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was fine overall, with a good selection of fruits and cereals, but the fried eggs were a bit congealed, which is common in buffets.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, but nothing particularly stood out to me as excellent. Everything was functional but could use some improvement.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable, with clean and comfortable accommodations and a very friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location was convenient, just a short stroll to town. However, the dining options for breakfast could use some improvement, and the facilities were nice but not extravagant. Overall, I felt it was a good value for money, despite a few shortcomings.

The facilities were nice, but not overly luxurious. They served their purpose well.

I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was decent; it was a bit of a hike to the center of town, but manageable. Dining was fantastic, with a variety of choices, although breakfast could use a bit more attention. Overall, the value for what I paid was impressive, but the heat in the room could be uncomfortable at times.

Rooms

The premium room I stayed in was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, possibly the cleanest hotel room I've ever had.
Service
9.0
The service was of a great standard, with pleasant and helpful staff. Lizzie at reception went out of her way to assist us, which I really appreciated.
Location
7.0
The location was fine when using a car, but it was a bit of a trek to the center of town. It was about a 15-minute stroll into town, which was okay for me.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was excellent every day, with plenty of options. Breakfast was help yourself with waiters bringing as much coffee and toast as you wanted, though it could have been refilled more quickly.
Facilities

The hotel had good facilities and a well-maintained pool area, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance to the town center. The rooms were unusually cold, which was a plus during the heatwave. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially at the bar, and I appreciated the early breakfast service. However, the dining options could use a bit of improvement.

7.0/10

I found the hotel to be in a good location, suitable for my needs, but the room experience was a bit lackluster due to noise and brightness issues. The dining was excellent with a great selection, but the service could use some improvement. Overall, it's a reasonable choice considering the value for money.

Rooms
6.0
The room was of decent size with an extremely massive bed, but it felt a bit oppressive on a dark wintry day and was quite bright at night due to fluorescent lights from the carpark, making it hard to sleep.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix; while some staff were lovely and eager to help, others weren't very communicative and the room had some missing amenities.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which was clean and featured the largest bed I've ever slept in—super comfy! The location was pretty good, just a short walk into town, but the service could use a bit of improvement as it felt a bit lacking in friendliness. Overall, it's a decent place if you don’t mind a few minor inconveniences.

The staff were professional and helpful, but they weren't very smiley and communication could improve. There were some small issues like the TV not working in my room and no hairdryer available, which was a bit frustrating.
Location
8.0
The hotel was in a convenient location, only about a 15-minute walk to town. It reminded me of staying in Spain, which was lovely.
Dining

I enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast with plenty of fresh and tasty options. Everything from cereals to a full English breakfast was available, and I found it very satisfying.
Facilities

I had a lovely stay with clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making my experience all the more enjoyable. The location was a bit tricky to navigate, especially without a GPS, and it took about 15 minutes to get to the center of St Helier. While the breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, I did find it could be replenished a bit more regularly. Overall, I felt it was good value for money, though a couple of minor improvements could really enhance the experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the town center and Liberation Square, making it convenient for exploring. My room was spacious and clean, though I could have used some air conditioning during the hot weather. The service was great, with friendly staff always ready to help. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially with the breakfast options running low towards the end of the meal hours.

Rooms
8.0
My room was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, although I would have appreciated air conditioning given the heat.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly helpful, providing loads of information about the island and even allowing for a late checkout, which was much appreciated.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was attractive and convenient, just around a 10-minute walk to Liberation Square where you can get buses to all the island's attractions.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was decent, but if you eat late, some items go missing from the buffet, and things like the eggs harden on the hot-plate.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was nice, though I noticed it could use a few more loungers and parasols for better relaxation.

I had a pretty good stay overall. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around and explore shops and cafes nearby. The rooms were mostly nice and comfortable, despite a little mix-up with the bed arrangement. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and the window in my room didn't close properly, which might be an issue in the colder months.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I had a little hiccup with my room type, but it was resolved quickly. The only downside was the window not locking, which could be concerning in winter.
Service
9.0
The staff was absolutely lovely, warm, and welcoming. They really made me feel at home and were very helpful throughout my stay.
Location
7.0
The location is quite central, making it easy to access shops and cafes. However, driving around might be tricky due to one-way streets; it's best to have a good map or GPS.
Dining

Facilities
7.0
Overall, the facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as extraordinary.
